1. Why choose Agensi Pekerjaan Maju Jaya?
We have been in the recruitment line for many years and have experience in the handling and counseling of house maids.
   
2. What other service we offer?
We provide consultancy so that the employer can choose the right maid based on their requirements from baby care, household work to caring for the aged and sick.
   
3. What are other benefits from taking maids from us?
free replacement in the event the housemaid run-away within the first year.
all maids are guaranteed “medically fit” for one month and if found to be not fit, we will replace another maid of your choice within 3 months.
   
4. How good are Indonesia House Maid?
Obedience - This is partly due to their cultural background and most come from more remote and poorer provinces.
Hardworking - If you have a big house and you need someone to take care of all around household chores, Indonesian maid is your choice.
Understand English - Most of the Indonesian maids have primary or secondary school education and can understand simple English.
Working Experience - Some have working experiences in Singapore and in Malaysia.
   
5. How to choose your Maid?
Based on age preference. Every age group of maid will have their advantages and disadvantages, it's really up to your own preferences on which age group will suit best to your family's needs.
 
Age 25-30 - In general, this age group of maid or nanny is better educated, more energetic, they are particularly good at taking care of young child.
Age 30-35 - In general, this age group of maid or nanny is more mature and stable, has more experiences in child care or baby sitting, still energetic. They are particularly good at taking care of infant baby.
Age over 35-40 - This age group has more working experience, and has more patience. They are particularly good at elderly care.
   
6. What about training?
All Indonesian maids we recruit are from established agency that have proper hostel with training facilities. The training is for about 2-6 months and will cover all aspect of household chores from cleaning, washing, cooking, ironing, baby care, caring for the aged and use of health support equipments (wheel chair, crutches).
   
7. What about local training?
Mostly all maids who arrive in Malaysia will have to stay in at our appointed trainer’s house for a period of 3-5 days for evaluation and guidance on local culture, tradition and short comings.
   
8. How long does it take for housemaid to arrive?
If all documents are in order as outlined, the process will take a period of 6-8 weeks from the date of submission.
   
9. Can children take a maid for their parents?
Yes, if the children are working and their parents are sickly or handicap, they may do so but need a medical letter confirming the condition of health of the parents is required.
   
10. What about Personal Insurance for the Maid?
All maids are covered by Personal Accidental (PA) Insurance that is compulsory as outlined in the fees structure. This include hospitalization and repatriation cover.
   
11. What about medical checkup?
All maids undergo medical examination at recognised medical hospitals by Malaysian Health authority in Indonesia. On arrival in Malaysia all housemaids undergo a full medical (as FOMEMA) again that includes chest x-ray.
   
12. What are Indonesian housemaids plus points?
They are hardworking and very good in ironing, housework and clean. Some of them can pick up cooking once they are shown how.
